Anyone ever heard tell of an town that was purposely flooded in the Long Sault area? And if so, is it accessable to divers? A friend (non-diver) was telling me about it, but, I've never heard of it.

Thanks for the info! Looks like a great dive, although the currents do cause me some disconcern. I guess I'll do a little investigative work and find out if anyone I know has been there to be sure that I can handle it.

the currents are not that bad, they are no worse than anything else in the River
That's good to know. I've spent some time on the Connestoga and the Rothsay, and had good experiences with them, so that makes me feel somewhat more confident.
