That's also an old comment. And you also have to look at her history. Something like a gag order or nda is not going to mean much to someone like her.

Was there a civil suit against Snow? @Subfiend would have to answer that. There's a saying in my native Holland that you can't pluck feathers from a naked chicken. Not all of us are legal experts, and @Omisson can't chime in as he's in legal trouble yet again, but we seem to be in agreement that there is criminal negligence here at a minimum. The issue of the lack of criminal charges has been discussed in this thread.

I feel quite strongly that there hasn't been any significant change to keep this from happening again. And that scares me.

Snow was a defendant in the civil suit filed in Missoula, Montana.

You are correct. There was not sufficient change and this has happened again, except the victim was younger this time.
