Greetings, I want some suggestions as to a which BCD's might have the a good range of features for me. First, BP/W, while they might one day unlock the cure for cancer, are not really something I'm wanting right now. For my purposes, I just about have to have a jacket. Must keep my gear similar to other peoples gear for the time being, and they all use jackets.
That being said, I'm wanting something that has plenty of places to attach accesorries. I've got a diver buoy that pretty much goes down with me all all times. I may or may not carrry a largish dive light (and I'd like to attach that.) I carry a camera worth more than my kidnies so again, want to clip that to me. I'd like pockets so I could carry a slate and store it if possible. So basically, I feel that D rings and storage are important to me.
I am slightly leaning towards integrated weight systems. It seems that my weight belt slides around so that the release is in the back, and while its comfrotable this way, (not tight) its not very safe. So having weights that are confortable and don't move would be a big plus. That being said, when I take the camera down, I must remove some weight, so I want to make sure these integrated weight systems can take constant removal and reinstallation.
I noticed Seaquest has something called i3, which I believe is having the BCD inflator mounted on the jacket. Its probably nice, but again, it looks a bit too different than the general population of jackets out there.
I'm going to try them out if possible, but thats a bit limited. I may be able to grab a T-force to test, but I'm not sure that it will be my proper size. I'm just hoping for some recomendations if possible.
