Personally I would do my referral dives somewhere warmer. I completed my OW down in Curacao through Go West Diving. A terrific dive shop with great instructors albeit 4 years ago. Curacao and/or Bonaire would be at the top of my list to do a referral dive. Lots of quality dive shops on each island (particularly Bonaire) and the option to do either shore or boat dives. Did my AOW down in Bonaire last April with Paul at www.bonscuba.com. Highly recommended. Stay and dive safe!!!!!!
