Suggestions for Diving operators in Playa del Carmen w/ hotel pick-up

Hi everyone,
Five friends and I are going to be staying in BlueBay Grand Esmeralda resort a little bit north of PDC. We were wondering if any you guys had suggestions for dive operators that offered hotel transfers. 4 are recently OW certified or AOW certified and 2 will be taking their OW course. Ideally we would like to stick with a fun and safe dive shop in PDC that also offers dives in Cenotes and Cozumel.
A quick search on the forum came up with Dive Adventuras and Sea Pro divers, are there any other dive shops that fit the description out there?

But first, do you think hotel transfers are that important or are we better off using a taxi/shuttle back and forth every day.

I did 2 open water dive and a day at the Cenotes with Eric. Not only was his rental gear all new and clean but he is a very knowledgable diver.

I just got back from Playa and spent the week at the Cenotes with Nicolas from CenoteXperience where I completed full cave with him. Picks me up, feeds me, provides beverages, and drops me off. Very profession and a great guy. This was my second time diving with him and I will be back to see him again!
