The colour is fine start in green and change to red. So must be a setting in the pc software

I believe that is a bug. The PC mouse over / Info window used to have a decreasing SAC (when it should have been constant), and this is no longer present. I'd say the same bug is still in the mobile code. The color change is an artifact of that.
