Stuck between Jetfins/Turtles

I wear a size 11 bootie. The XL SB Jetfins seem to be too small. I now have a pair of Turtles that seem to be way to big. Length is good but there is way to much movement side-to-side. Can anyone help me with this dilema? Please Help!!
