Stobe choices...

I currently have a Canon A70 with the Canon underwater housing.

I am considering buying an external strobe to use with my existing set-up, but price is a major concern. If possible, I would like to spend under $200.

So far I have looked at the Epoque ES-15 DS, Sunpak G-Flash, Nikonos SB105 and Ikelite DS-50.

1) Has anybody used any of these strobes, and/or can anyone offer a review?

2) Does anybody have any additional strobe suggestions?

3) What is TTL? And do I want/need it?

4) How do I sync the external Stobe to the internal Strobe on my Digital Camera?

But, my last two questions still stand unanswered.
