I just bought a Canon 7d and Ikelite housing. I will be using my sea & sea ys110a strobe with it. I now need a strobe arm for it. I also need the the little ball the attaches to tray and the strobe.

I really do not know what brand to buy. My local dive store does not keep anything in stock so I can not even see if it is any good. My strobe arm and tray i have for my G10 is okay. I would like something a little nicer but I also do not want to pay a ton for this. So if anyone could recommend where to get some decent parts that are not super expensive. Also about what lengths to make a strobe arm for my Canon 7D that would be great.

I am willing to get some cheaper stuff if there is a large price difference.

I cannot say enough good things about Ultralight Control Systems ("ULCS") strobe arm systems. They are really built to last and offer the most flexibility in terms of lighting positions.

I shoot a similar rig as you, with two Sea & Sea strobes; Ikelite video lights; and ULCS arms. See pictures attached:
