Spoke to a guy in Kingston this weekend he told me it is still good for skating 
But with this weather it might open any time soon... I'm waiting myself... Dying to do Kinghorn

I was at Lock 23 in Morrisburg last Sunday (and it was a sun day).
The river is thawed, no ice berg going downstream, lots of current and 35F water temp.
At the end of the dive, we met with 2 other divers going upstream. It is somebody from here?
