I have a timeshare at the Westin and use Cruz Bay Watersports. They run a good boat, but do have a limit to the sites they hit. This past summer, we arranged a private excursion with an instructor we know. She arranged a Zodiac with captain along with tanks and weights. We spent most of the day out, did three dives, and had a great time. The price per dive worked out close to what you'll pay with one of the operators but got us to some less traveled sites. We have also done a full day sailboat excursion on Cloud 9, going around the island and diving while the non-divers snorkeled. Jason and Leslie are awesome!
