Andy, get those 95's some time soon!!

Glad the trip was ok, i too was out on friday night, barfed just before the second dive, the SI's are killers, triptone next time! But after some water i went in for that dive, boy was i glad for it, that was some pretty coral and fish, far better than our first dive.

I would also be up for a 3-tanker out of St Augustine some weekend, might be able to swing a sick day for a friday dive - i can cough, cough, feel something coming on already. Even at $85 that isnt all that bad when you consider its $45-55 for a two tanker, like paying the same price per dive and much better value than the same kind of price for only two tanks elsewhere on that part of the coast.

would love to go diving with you out of St. Augustine. gotta be at the dock at
7:00 a.m. mid-june would be good for me.

Mid-june also works here, i am free for 6/19 weekend or after, before that would only be local diving, springs etc due to time available.

the 19th or 20th will work. we will need to wait and see. if the winds are under 15 and the waves are 2-4 or less, I'll go. anything above that, i've learned, is sheer misery for me.

Stop splitting threads on me, i have such a hard time keeping up with where i have posted as it is

Just stand on the bow like you are leo dicaprio screaming "i'm the king of the world", two benefits on that, firstly the psychological impact of such positive thoughts and ego boosting, secondly you are out of the diesel fumes and can see more to keep your mind off the yaking feeling. Of course most boats dont let you outside the cattle area at the back, travelling economy class is such a chore!!

Oh, BTW, i would probably only be free for such trips on saturdays, sundays are a little harder due to church services - particularly for an all day trip like a 3 tanker.

So should we book this trip as just a twosome then?

looks like it... which works better for you, 19 or 20?

both are available. he's switched to two-tank dives for $65.00

i would suggest getting your tanks if you can get air for less than $10.00
and nitrox for less than $18.00 (wow!)

If we can get the 3 tanker back on i think that is far better value than 2 (85 vs 65) and would probably go, for a 2 tanker i would feel i was paying a lot! 19th would be better for me. I should have my tanks in the middle of the week (in fact i could have them, just without air in them - the bank is down at my unlimited lifetime air fills place). If we know roughly what we are diving then i can get decent blends, otherwise it could be hit or miss as to whether one would be ok or not for the dives.

Ok, not a huge saving for those who are endowed with tanks - $5 per diver, so only $60 for myself and Becky - both of us look like we will be able to make it. Have you phoned yet Andy?

dang it... i forgot about becky...

come on down to the Daytona thread
