I will be in Panama City next week and I want to do some jetty diving. High tide at 9:39AM? I will have a buddy with me - anyone is welcome to give us the official tour since this is my first time to PC jetties ...

are you only goin to be able to dive that monday...i have work mondays from 12-whenever. but if maybe on another day if youre there i would love to drive out and dive there. would be my first there as well

You're on the wrong side (unless you take a boat or shuttle over there). Here's where most of the scuba diving is:

Just walk through the kiddie pool and slither over the rocks, where they dip under the water. Then you can go either way.......BE CAUTIOUS OF THE CURRENT !!!!
