Yep. While most agencies do straight crossovers, one from another,... PADI does not play well with others.

One of the numerous reasons so many seem to be jumping off of the PADI train. Eventually this exodus is going to start to be felt. Maybe it already is hurting the bottom line. However, since PADI is privately owned there's really no way to get access to their financials. Only they know.

yes padi used to do a crossover but not anymore ...they were losing dollars so they just changed the rules
