I don't know the answer to your question. . . But some of the people on the board will. At the top of the pages click on "Forums". A very long list of topics opens up, with information about everything diving. Scroll way down that list to the heading "Regional Diving. . ." there you will find information about U.S. dive clubs, go down from there to listings of the islands of the caribbean. When you reach your location, read the current postings, and do a search for past posts to get a good idea of what's going on there.
