Spring Straps for Cressi Rondine Fins

Anyone know where to get spring straps that are compatible with Cressi Rondine Fins here in the Philippines?

Hi Ta,
I have the following for sale if you want:
Brand new, spring 20cm and 28cm between axes.

Unfortunately, these do not fit. These are for frog fins or that generic rubber stud type. The rondines have like a plastic cleat instead so the only way to fit springs is with a quick release clip. I've seen them, but just dont know where to get them.
