Spring Straps for Atomic Split Fins?

I have the aforementioned Atomic Split Fins and I'd like to add some springs to them. I've searched throughout this forum and it seems that they aren't standard, and I'm not sure any companies make them. Has anyone found decent ones and can point me in a direction?
