Sponge Spawning Video

I found this video on the Facebook page of Rainbow Reef Dive Center. It highlights something I never knew existed...sponge spawning! I am incredibly interested in learning about what goes on in the underwater environment, so I thought I would share this with those of you who are like minded...hope the link works!

I did a quick search and seems may, june, and july were mentioned but other videos seem to have been taken in the fall.
I was shore diving yesterday and from a distance saw some smoke from a sponge so it may be possible in the fall, not sure.
As I said it was from about 20 foot away but it sure looked like the smoke like appearance of the spawning.
