Sponge or tunicate?

After taking a bunch of pictures Thanksgiving in the Caribbean and labeling all these things sponges, I realized they may be tunicates.

Didn't think to touch them and see if they respond, meaning they'd be tunicates. In fact, I was a good scuba diver and didn't touch them at all. Although I have touched barrel sponges before and they're rough like sandpaper.

Does anyone know what these might be? :)

That looks like a sponge to me. All the tunicates I have seen were fairly small. But I am far from up on that subject.
 
They look like sponges to me also. With tunicates, you can usually see both the incurrent and excurrent siphons.
