You know that menu bar with the menus "Forums", "Board Features", "UserCP", etc?

How about putting a copy of that at the bottom of the page . . . so when a user has scanned all the posts, they don't have to wheel back to the top of the page, but can just click "User CP" or "New Posts" or whatever?

True hybrids can navigate 10x faster than anyone else! Just don't ask 'em to give up control of the computer . .. . .

Thanks. I'd been meaning to post something like this and kept forgetting.

The SB staff members that would really be able to answer this are at DEMA now, but from what I've heard we're not making any major code changes until the release of .vbulletin v.4 - afaik, later this month.

vBulletin version 4 is still in BETA. The look and feel is completely different from this version which we are on (3.8). I expect that the migration to vB 4 which includes a lot of new features, including more social group functions, blogging, and many other cool options; will take a lot of time, as the current SB template will not work with this new version of vB4. IOW. We'll have a lot of coding to do to get things up to speed.

At the same time. The navigation is not added to the bottom of the page in this upcoming release. While a navbar can be places at the bottom of the page, I'm not sure that it's in our best interest to do so at this time, or in the near future. It will be considered to see how it meshes with the other items that appear at the bottom of the page in the subsequent version; but as Steve said in his post above.

There will be no major re-designs to this version of ScubaBoard. After DEMA Show; I will begin working on the vB 4 integration on our development server. SB is not my only job, so I'm not going to make any promises on a time frame for the upgrade.

Next suggestion - - - Need a "No Thanks" button that makes a raspberry sound . . .

I think this is a joke, but just to make it clear. This will not happen.

Get rid of/combine some of your lines of text. Signature bar only has so much room and your text is pushing the picture "out of the window."
