thanks for the link to spearboard that is a great site for spearos.if forwhatever reason this site does not want to have a spearfishing forum i respect that and still will continue to come here for what information this forum does offer.
and for the record i do enjoy looking at the sea life more than killing it in general however i am not above harvesting a few nice fish to eat from time to time from stocks of fish that are abundant and not endangered or threatened in my opinion.i am human i am an omnivore and that is my nature.and hunting gathering gives me pleasure.
anway thanks for the link and i can accept that the powers that be have every rite to run this forum anyway they see fit.if i am ever required to pay for the bandwidth then i might whine more but untill then thanks for offering what you do.

Personally, I have no objections to spearos or anyone else who hunts in the water (I like lobster as much as anyone, and interested in getting into bug hunting myself). I go fishing, and I think that's probably more environmentally questionable than spearfishing is, with all the lures, lead weights, nylon (and stronger) line that's left behind. Never mind the injured fish that get hooked but not landed.

Enjoy your section of the sport, spearos, just don't miss and get me instead (I'm probably pretty gamey, too)
