Great condition, but needs new bands. I'll throw in a stainless steel stringer plus a tickle stick & carapace guage. $100.00

Yes it comes with 1 shaft & barb tip. I'll have to find out what shipping would cost.

many variables (size, length, strength). Any where from $15.00 to $25.00 a piece.
