look who it is holding that big fish....

Very nice catch.

A big Congratulations for a very presentable fish. I am happy for you
Where harvested ? ( I was going to say Speared - but that would be too big of as shock for many)
Gun used ?
Rigging ?
Weight of the fish (not including the diver )

Congratulations

Hi Sam,

Thanks for the positive comment.
Myself & BF #Sharktales both tag teamed this fish in Jupiter, Florida and yes we speared the fish. Riffe Spear guns used. Check out our YouTube page SouthFloridaMermaid Click Subscribe

With four daughters who have all began diving around 40-50 years ago and four granddaughters entering sport I always enjoy seeing women who excel and go head to head with the males

I checked out your YouTube-- certainly enjoyed the last one with the old turtle and the flag - It SHOULD go viral !

I note that you are both Spear fisher women and Instructors. Following in the fin prints of
Dottie Mae Frazier - the worlds first female UW instructor (LA Co 1955) who was very apt at spearing and catching game (Abalone and Lobster) Dottie is now 95 years young and still going strong - you should get with her

< FYI the other Pioneer UW instructors;
#2 Barbara Allen, #3 Zale Parry #4 Lyn Chase--all alive and doing well)

Keep up the great post and good luck with even the bigger fish

Sam Miller, 111
