i have relatives in Vancouver. i spearfish normally northern Ca. but would like to visit and get a charter near there that does spearfishing. anyone help out? thanks

Lingcod in the Pacific Northwest are almost endangered , on this side of the border Lingcod are closed , probably the same in WA .
Perhaps off the coast of Oregon but I am not sure what the regulations are.
I have seen many divers spearfishing off Barview Jetty off the Northern Oregon coast.

Google the "Miss Raven" out of Newport. They occasionally run spearfishing charters arranged through dive shops in Eugene or Salem. I went on one once and had a good time.
