Has anyone been on a spearfishing trip to the Cancun - Riviera Maya, Mexico area? I know you have to have a valid tourist card, buy a fishing license, and I believe it is only legal if you are free diving, but I'm not sure. Are there any other special rules I should know and where can I get definitive answers? Does anyone have any spearfishing oriented operator that they can recommend?
