Dove the rocks on Friday 6/27. Vis was 6 - 8 ft. Water temp was 85°F, Seas were flat, no current. We did two one hour dives at 9:00 and 11:00. Be sure to bring a compass. We swam out about twice as far as the buoy and dropped but were still short of the rocks in about 16' . From shore first you'll hit on a swath of sand dollars, then some small shells and rubble, when you hear all the shrimp popping your almost there. I was surprised that most of the rocks are 90% covered in macro algae (mostly grape calerpa). It is starting to die off from the warmer water, contributing to the low vis.

July 4 - Viz sucked. Found the rocks by bumping into them. Not sure if the conditions will improve much if there are more storms. Wind conditions based on what I could find seem to indicate the favorable E / SE winds over the past couple of days and the tide was coming in.

Dove there Sunday and the viz was around 6-7 foot. Good enough to see even the small critters :)
Regards,
Doug
