Well folks, after sitting in the freezer for a while, we finally got around to fixing the spade. After baking in the oven with lemon-pepper breading, it was a very tender,flaky,mild fish...excellent!
Supposedly, when cleaning, when you get rid of the dark,bloody parts, that takes away the fishy taste...
