1988 was the 25th year of SP, and 2013 marked 50 years..

The 1988, 25th anniversary gold edition, was a MK10/G250. The 2013, 50th anniversary gold edition, was a MK25/S600

Last year bought my first reg, the 50th anniversary gold edition M25/S600 for 1/2 the list price. Good deal and love the reg. Hope it will last me a life time, with good care.
