As long as those dates remain in the future they are subject to revision. Back in the middle of March MLB said that baseball opening day would be two weeks later than planned, but as it got closer they pushed it farther back, twice, until they finally said "until further notice". There is a whole lot of that sort of thing going on and this is more of the same. I will believe it when it happens.
