HERES A SOLUTION... if the average guy is say 180-200lb and he gets to take 40 lbs of baggage and charged for anything over
that amount. then just weigh the lard but charge him for the over 225lb as excell baggage. send him to the plane and tell him all baggage must fit under the seat or in the overhead. if not
tag them and then off to the baggage compartment of the plane he/she goes.

I am a compact 5'9" and a 170 lbs (which for around here is small, believe me). I know that when flying in a full plane, it seems crowded to me when I am not sitting next to some-one who is "super-sized". I can't imagine if I was. And I am with PhotoTJ. I paid for my little bit of space on the plane and I am sharing it with no one!

Since the weight of Americans is increasing every year at a rate of .86% every year, according to the American Diabetes Association. This issue will continue to become a larger one, sorry couldn't resist. But again this will become an economic one if many airlines start charging double another will charge less than double for a larger seat and end up with not only the Fat A$$ customers but others that are willing to pay a little more for more space. It all depends on how much weight the Fat A$$ customers can through around, all right I'll stop now.

=-)

:D Yes!

And How about that annoying guy that STILL talks to you on the plane even when you have your headphones on?? Should he have to buy the whole row so none of us would get stuck sitting next to him like i did on my way to Vegas?? I think so!! I wanted to get my gear on and jump off the plane. Man, i mean c'mon!

hehehe. Ashley
