General Information
The time shown on flight coupons is the estimated time of flight departure. The guest must be at the airport check-in counter (or other site specified by Carrier) no later than forty-five (45) minutes before PUBLISHED departure time.
Lack of travel documents required, or late presentation of guest at check-in counter, entails denial of acceptance on the flight, without liability to Carrier.
In addition, should the guest fail to depart, the Carrier will be free to cancel all reservations for connecting or return flight.

Free Baggage Allowance and Handcarried Baggage
Guests are allowed free baggage allowance of 20 kilograms. Infant tickets are NOT entitled to free baggage allowance except where seats are occupied and corresponding ADULT fares are paid.
Guests are allowed to carry one (1) piece of handcarried baggage not weighing more than seven (7) kgs per guest. The sum of the outside dimensions of each piece of handcarried baggage should not exceed 115cms (45 inches) including protrusions. Dimensions: 55cms + 40cms + 20cms ( length + width + height ).
For handcarried baggage, (a) any item exceeding the specified dimensions will be weighed and tagged according to the Rules and Regulations of Checked Baggage; (b) contents can only be personal effects and can be readily opened for inspection; (c) all pieces must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin.
In addition to the free baggage allowance, these articles may be carried free provided they remain in the guest’s custody during the flight: (1) lady’s handbag, pocket book, or purse; (2) overcoat wrap or blanket; (3) small camera and/or a pair of binoculars; (4) reasonable amount of reading material for the flight; (5) infant’s food for consumption in flight, infants carrying basket; and (6) a pair of crutches and/or braces or other prosthetic device for the guest’s use.
An infant’s carrying basket, guest’s fully collapsible wheelchair, crutches, braces, or prosthetic devices may be carried in the aircraft cargo compartment instead of in the guest cabin free-of-charge in addition to the free baggage allowance.
