South Padre?

Appreciate any info. on dive ops/shore diving on S. Padre I. as we may be there in April/May. Anyone been to any spots where there is good shell collecting--live or empty? Thanks in advance.

Don't know of any shore diving, but the following outfit provides excellent boat diving with trips to the Texas Clipper, rigs, & more. I highly recommend: American Diving

Inexpensive camping is also available at the north end of the island, just be careful driving on sand without four wheel drive.
