Hi Ron,
check out C-1 80ft, Dons Tug (good warm up wreck) also at 80ft, and my fav, The Rodeo, 130ft.

Tenneco Towers (115fsw) is a must see, even better if you can find someone doing a night dive on it. The Tracy (75fsw) is another nice one, wide open with lots of swim throughs. The Atria and the RSB-1 (130fsw) are nice but a little deep for some. I like the Hydro Atlantic and the Lowrance but at 175 to 210 fsw they're a little deep for most.

Check out this link to South Florida Wrecks. You can see them all.

In Boynton Beach Area (Near Boca) The Captain Tony at 87' usually with slight to moderate current... Nice growth and sealife. There is another ship w/in swimming distance to there also called the Bud Bar also at 87 FSW.

Done these wrecks a few times each. Good sites.

Let us know when your in the area and maybe a few of us locals can hook up with you and show you some of the other great wrecks around here.

With regards to current, vis and topside conditions, what time of the year is the best to dive the Speigel Grove? I went in July to dive the SG only to get there and find the current so bad the mooring balls were about pulled under the surface. I really want to dive the wreck but I don't want to find myself blown off the wreck and floating away with the Gulf Stream.
