South Africa in Feb/Mar - Diving & Safari

I'm interested in doing a combination of diving and safari tours for a 3week time period. I figure we would dive for a week in S Africa, a week of photo safari of animals/land sights and then another week of diving. I like all underwater creatures and don't have my heart set on any particular kind of shark over another other than seeing sharks up close. Cage diving would be cool to try out for a few dives, but certainly not chasing after them for a week. I guess I want to see it all, without any particular focus. I want to avoid the high $$ tour operators/hotels and stay at a moderately priced but safe location near the dive shop. Any links or positive experiences with operators would be greatly appreciated.
