Sosua DR dive operators

Of these three, Scuba Elite, Dolphin Dive and Hippocamppo, has any one recomendations. Looking for a shop that is customer oriented, willing to carry dive gear to and from the boat. Also any of these use a pier for boats rather than just the beach access?

All 3 dive shops use Sosua bay, there is no pier, you nave to enter the water to get on the boat. I lived in the area for 2 years and went diving with Northern Coast, this dive op is customer oriented. Scuba Elite wasn't there when I lived on the north, so I cannot give you any references. I have not tried diving with Dolphin nor Hippocampo, but have heard mixed reviews.
