You're looking at around $2200 for the HC7/Ikelite combo, so you might also consider the Canon HV20 in either the Ikelite ($1930 w/camera) or the Equinox ($1850) housing. Prices are from B&H so you might be able to do a little better elsewhere...
But it's kind of a tradeoff, 24P but no shutter speed control. So maybe the HC7's the better way to go. Might read the summary section of the HV20 review on Camcorderinfo.com, they compare/contrast both models, and decide for what's better for you.
Assuming you plan to stay with mechanical control in the future since there's no LANC port on the HV20.
