Hello All! I just came back from the Philippines!! I tested my brand new Sony P7 (in marine pack of course) and here are some pics.. I didn't use a filter so ummm.. I wish I had..

Since I dont have a printer..i shot em all at lowest 640x480 and the ones up on the site u will see.. are all resized to the lowest quality for faster d/l hehehe! I did the auto level and auto contrast on photoshop but most still came out greenish except for the night shots which were the only decent ones.. grrrrrr!!!
thanx for checking it out and leaving me comments if you have any..

You've got some nice pics in there. Need to work on your fish ID though!

Lots of nice shots - but I only have one whinge...

I hope the turtle with a hand coming for it on page 7 of your website DIDN'T really get poked...?

I can't stand when people take the level of interaction with marine life that step too far and touch them - it can stress them or alternatively make them complacent to human activities, only to be taken advantage of by people with bad intent (of course I'm not referring to you or your dive buddies, but there are naughty people like that out there).

Well hope I haven't offended you, just looking out for that little turty's wellbeing.:kitty:

Like I said - great photos!

wackodacko,

Thanks for sharing your pics. Looks like you had a good group of people onboard. On page 7 of your U/W pic's, the "thing" is a "sea pen". They are pretty bizarre looking critters.

I've been looking into a trip to the P.I. If you don't mind, what was the name of the liveaboard and who did you use to book your trip.

Thanks,
Rickg
