Hi all hoping someone can give some advice out there.

I am currently using the sony nex5 and a MK housing i was going to upgrade to a good housing for it and found out that all housings are now discontinued for the nex5 (ebay not an option i live in bali with 100% import tax!!!!)

so i was looking to upgarde the camera body to the nex5n and get a housing for that but been told that the 5N may go soon as the 5R is out now and will be replacing the 5N can anyone say if this is true or not ???

as im looking for a system that i can use for a good few years not a year or so but because of this i am considering getting a whole new system either the canon 600d or 650d with ikelite or sea and sea housing yes its bigger and heavier than the sony but im thinking this would have a longer lifespan than sony nex models?

Confused cause i am !!!!!

any info options experience etc etc you have out there would be awesome

thanks
Gregor
