Ikelite has completed and relesed their housing for the new Sony a55/33 cameras. These cameras seem like a very good option. I have not handled one but they are I believe somewhat smaller than a dslr. Ikelite's picture shows one housed and it looks like there is quite a lot of wasted space in the housing whuch would not take advantage of its smaller size. I believe Ikelite has standard size housings for ranges of cameras. Ikelite lists it at $1500. I do not know if other manufacturers are developing a housing or not.
