Hi again, Does anybody have any kind of experience with this lights? Are they good or average? I appreciate any input, I've just bought a pair including the Sony MPK housing that can accommodate any Sony camcorder with a lanc on e-bay for a good price.

Are they incandescent? HID? I assume the former.

To answer your question... no, I haven't had any experience with them.
 
No Dr Bill , they are quartz bulbs but what made me turn to this videeolights is that according to what I've learned on line this lights gives you a softer beam.
