Tried booking a dive with them in Nov 2008 and the dive was cancelled due to the port being closed. They did not inform me of that until after I had waited in front of the hotel an hour and a half past the time they were to pick me up in front of the hotel.

I got the run around for two more days trying to get a refund. They tried to say I had canceled the dive because I did not reschedule with them. They did not want to give me a refund because they said there was one other day I could have gone but did not book with them on that day. I finally told them I would contact the credit card company and complain, and The Royal Mayan Resort to file a complaint. That pushed them over to see it my way.

I went to another operator for the remainder of my vacation.

Be vary wary of them.
