MK20 conversion via recall has not been done. Take to any Scubapro retailer and will be done for free. This service is a result of poorly trained techs over-torquing this piece. I did a couple of these services when I worked at a dive shop. The dive shop gets the part for free and it can be swapped out in under a minute. DO NOT PAY LABOR OR EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE -- IT IS FREE...!!! If you are getting the whole reg serviced, it can be done at that time.
