Hi

I've the chance to join a Socorro group trip in 2014. They have 2 dates, 1 in March & the other in May. May works better for me.

It seems the water will be warmer in May, but are the sightings still good?

I've been told to expect a lot of Mantas in May, but does this mean that the sharks will have moved away?

Not worried about the sea state or the crossing - just will i see a lot in May or would i be better picking a different season?

Thanks for any guidance/info.

john

March is when the Humpbacks are there calfing. We went in March and saw plenty of Mantas, Sharks and Humpbacks. In May you might run into a tropical storm

We are going in March. Which boat were you looking at?
