We keep missing out on the snow where I live outside of Chattanooga,TN. They keep putting the snow off a few days each passing week. The conditions change at last minute and it rains. Two Weeks ago I posted a thread "Thank You Global Warming". I took a half of a vacation day and just by chance we got four inches of snow. It was great me and my little boy rode the four wheeler in it. :D
 
I know! Incredible...3 1/2 inches on our patio table not counting what's melted...and still snowing!

What is SNOW?
I have heard of this substance but have never actually seen it.
