Do the rings for attaching dry gloves come in different sizes, or does anyone make dry gloves with smaller rings?

I'm a short guy with really skinny wrists, so the ones that most gloves come with would be huge on me..

The size of the ring really isn't all that important, it's the fit of the glove. If the rings are large around, it really shouldn't make a lot of difference, if you can get gloves that fit your hand. I find that even extra-large gloves fit pretty well down past 15' or so, as the water pressure tightens them up. You don't want a lot of extra glove hanging off the end of your fingers, but other than that, fit isn't a big issue, and the diameter of the ring is even less important.

Snuggle was diving with us at Gilboa a couple weeks ago, and this is a 'very small' man, (like 107 lbs and 5'-6") and was wearing standard sized rings, with smaller sized dry gloves. Seemed to work OK for him....

Actually- this isn't quite true. For example, I cannot install the rings on either of my custom drysuits because the rings themselves are MUCH larger than my trilaminate suit circumference. Si-Tech should be releasing a smaller sized ring system to address this issue around DEMA.
