I can't say enough about Wall to Wall divers...there was no room for improvement with them. Giles helped us coordinate our trip just a few weeks ago in Grand Cayman. We dove with Dusty and Gary for all 3 days we went on boat dives and they also took us to Stingray City. They were very engaging, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. We had fantastic dives and fun conversation. They chose only the best dive spots, taking into consideration weather, current, our experience and what we wanted to see most. They provided as much, or as little, support as the diver wanted. Their boat was kept in good order, easy to enter/exit and there was ample room to stow any gear and move around. I believe they're max 8 divers, they have a cover for shade and a working head. They discount for doing multiple dives and provide both air and nitrox. All in all it was a great experience for us and we'd highly recommend diving with Wall to Wall in Grand Cayman!

hi everyone -

my friend and i just booked our trip to grand cayman staying at the Beach Club Colony Hotel for 4 nights during memorial day weekend. we have 3 full days there. we can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we are both advanced divers and definitely want to check out north wall and (of course) sting ray city. we're looking for a small boat with more personal attention - no more than 8 divers max. we've tried the cattleboats and we honestly prefer the small ones. also we both have great air consumption so we'd like the option to stay underwater as long as possible. any recommendations for dive ops? i've heard wall to wall, neptunes, off the wall and ambassador. which one to pick? help!

we arrive at 11:30am. do you think we can squeeze in an afternoon dive?

what are your favorite dive sites near there? so we can request!

do we need to pre-book because it's a holiday weekend?

for memorial day weekend, will my 5mm wetsuit be too thick? i tend to get cold and i wear it even when the water temp is high 70s.

sorry, so many questions!!!
try Peter Millborn he took the 4 of us out on his small boat and it was great We went to stingray city yesterday and the stingrays were all over us wanting to be fed. We had a great time. Peter is a great DM

I just got back from GC last Saturday. Diving there was awesome! I ended up diving with Jason from Ambassador Divers. Excellent customer service!!! We only had 3-4 divers on the boat everyday - it was like a private charter! When I lost my underwater camera (1st time ever!), Jason looked for it for 10 minutes and found it!!! Thank goodness for calm seas that day! I dived Stingray city as opposed to snorkeling. I brought my non-diving, non-snorkeling friend on the dive boat with us and Jason was nice enough to show her a couple of stingrays up close! What a guy! Will definitely dive with him again when I go back.

Dive ladder - thanks for the recommendation!

Glad to hear you had a good time. I'm back in September. Cant wait!!

I will be down in september also.I usually dive with Peter Milburn but he may be away during the month of september .I might try Jason at Ambassador.I have to call and see if he allows solo.well actually allow non guided I use a camera so I might as well be solo.

I can think of only one improvement they can make. They could try an answer their e-mails from the website.

I read your post and the the othe review listed on this thread so I tried to contact them from their website three weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them.

That's really too bad because I was very excited while I read their website. My wife and I will be in Cayman this coming September and I'm looking for someone small to dive with.

Reading their website I thought they might be the one. But w/o a response to my e-mail. I'll have to look elsewhere.

I'm looking for some solid reviews of Neptune, Indigo and/or Deep Blue?

Try Absolute divers. They do private charters so you wont have to dive with a bunch of strangers . They pick you up at Kaibo next to Rum point so it isn’t a comute at all and Mark will guide your dive if you wish. Check out the reviews on tripadvisor.com it sounds like they are exactly what you are looking for.

Nesher, ever so sorry to hear about the contact issue. We didn't experience that at all and I'm very surprised. They're a small group and maybe that had something to do with it, but I would still highly recommend them. We had several great diving trips with them and they always handled themselves very professionally and responsively. Best of luck to you and enjoy your trip!
