Let me start by saying how much I like and use your products. Now on to my issue. Today I purchased a new Slimline HID 1000 canister light. I'm in the process of cycling the battery per the MFG instructions and I've noticed a VERY concerning issue.
If I even slightly (and I do mean slightly) bump, move, jostle, or jiggle the light head while its on, it turns off and won't re-strike for quite a while. This is with a full charge, according to the charger on the battery.
I could not imagine diving like this, I mean just a quick helicopter turn seems like it would shut this thing off. Its literally that sensitive.
