So... you don't like the Halcyon Scout lights, either? (No switch, but unless something changed recently, I was under the impression they don't have a double o-ring seal...and that was one reason why the photon torpedos were so popular.)

I have not used the Scout but I have had three dive lights flood on me and all had a single o-ring. With that said I have a 5 year old UK SL6 (single o-ring and a switch)with lots of dives on it that has never had a problem. With a single o-ring alls it takes is a small hair or other small piece of debris and it will flood. So when it really matters I want two o-rings.
