Luko, I'm now considering a combo Kapalai + Lankayan trip, and sent you PM.
If anyone here has done both in a single trip, can you provide any info, especially regarding the following:
- Best transport between Semporna/Sandakan (hire taxi? city-to-city transport? bus? air?)
- Which to do first/second? With diving better (?) at Sipadan, maybe best to do that second so not to move down in diving qualify... or maybe better to do Lankayan second so to be able to shop for juices/liquor as I see the resort offers none (only fake juice mix type drinks)... or maybe the air travel will determine the order, such as the fact that MH has a KUL/TWU nonstop flight allowing avoidance of BKI stop and overnight at Semporna/Tawau/KK.
- I would guess we would do the Sepilok visit as part of the day between, any comments/advice on doing Sepilok?
