The Channel also called the Big Fish Country, is truly amazing and shouldn't be missed! I have some friends who went to Derawan for the Big Fish Country dive, but the dive shop refused to bring them there (they only bring them to a nearby dive site, called the small fish country). My friends had to find another dive shop (Home By Borneo Diving) in Derawan, and finally dived the big fish country and got some great photos. When I went to Derawan, I choose the dive shop based on their experience, which was great. Dives in that area could be challenging, dive shop and DM really matters ~ just my two cents
